Fishing Derby weekend: $250/nite
Add 9% NH meals and rooms tax + $500 security deposit to rates.
TERMS (see rental agreement for full details):
Maximum 8 persons, 2 families per stay.
No Smoking.
Pet Fee $100 (dogs only, sign agreement)
You bring sheets/towels/consumables/etc.
Use reverse osmosis filter in kitchen for drinking water.
Cleaning charge deducted from deposit if house not left ready to rent.
Receipt of your check and signed agreement holds the date.
